Hi all I am from Greece and i bought a VAIO laptop

MY VAIO IS DEAD JUST LIKE THAT what is this laptop .its brand new and i can not find how to replace it

The Greek number support do not answer the model is SVE151D11M product name SVE1511A1EW

Sn: 27555068  5001xxx  Please help it works only 25 days
