It did not do this from new but recently, on re-starting my all in one desktop VPCJ11M1E/B, it displays a message box entitled SmartHeap Library and the message MEM_BAD_HANDLE.
Via Google I found a long winded, quit old and not very clear Microsoft message about how one might possibly stop the message but, annoyingly, Microsoft did not answer the obvious first question:-
Does it matter and, if not, can I click the OK button and forget about it?
Secondly I would like to know what software it comes from, what it means and, if it does matter, what to do about the problem it is reporting.
Can anyone help?
