I have a BT Home Hub router and the UPnP is enable but still get that error message...
Error
Home Router Setup: Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) Incompatibility
Connection with my laptop is fine but cannot get video images. Screen stays black with no sound.
My laptop is connecting to the internet via the location free and not threw the BT Hub anymore.
