HMDI Out problem.

I've just bought a HDMI lead to link my VAIO FZ31S to my HD TV which has a HDMI in.
I've got my display duplicated on my HD 19" TV but parts are cut off, i'm missing some on both sides, the top and the taskbar.

How can i get the full screen on my TV?

Have you tried playing around with the aspect on you TV. like 16:9, auto, 4:3 ect
