First problem: Repeated Error Code- I read Rajib's post but the solution didn't help me. Downloading an 'important update' Microsoft Works- says there is no source or something like that. Just annoying having the update constantly nagging me. Any advice? Has anyone else had this problem?
Second problem: I have very temperamental sound. It works when I use USB headphones but Speaker HP (Is this the sound card?) looks as though the sound is working but I can't hear anything. I've checked the obvious solutions- nothing is on mute, I've removed the headphones, etc.. Sometimes it works without me doing anything, which is why I am completely dumbfounded!
