disabled buttons

hi, do i have a problem?
i have a a197xp and the kids have been let loose on it and now the vol,s1,brightness and eject buttons do not work.....help
am i missing something????:smileygrin:

If the keys are physically broken im afraid its going to be an expensive fix, you will need a new keyboard, they are about £80, and you will need to send the laptop to sony if you are not able to fix it yourself. However, you can try installing the hotkey software again!
