Can't find webcam on Y series?

I have recenlty bought a second hand Vaio VPCY21S1E and it works perfectly except that I can't use the camera. I cannot find the application for it anywhere and I have tried searching numerous key words and nothing comes up. The camera definitely works because if I go on facebook and press take a new profile picture, the green light on the camera comes on and I can use it. Any ideas?

Hi Heather1993 and welcome.

The camera should work automatically when configured with Skype, Facebook etc.  What do you want to do?

Try searching All Programs for "Arcsoft Webcam Companion" as this is the camera application Sony preinstall on most models.  However, the specifications for your model do not list camera software.  If this is the case you may need to Google for a replacement application.
