My laptop had a virus so I took it to someone who cleared it of everything and then reloaded it after downloading all the drivers. Since then the battery light is always flashing when it is turned on and the battery seems to have no life if I plug out the mains lead the computer goes straight off. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?
