aw21z/b upgrade to 8GB???????????

Hello. I am a VGN aw21z/b owner with vista 32Bit and ram 2x2GB.Recently i upgraded my laptop  to Windows 7 Home 64Bit.Can i upgrade to 8GB Ram? Maximum ram is 4Gb but is it 4Gb just because of Vista 32Bit???

Even though Sony say 4GB max, it looks like 8GB can be installed.

Crucial guarantee 8GB can be installed - as they guarantee it, I would believe 8GB can be fitted OK: -

Thanks for your reply.I have seen at Crucial.com  but its the only place on the web saying that i can install 8GB. I think that is must be wrong.
