YouTube no longer opening on KDL-60W855B

Hello,

TV is a KDL-60W855B with software PKG3.004EUA

I have tried to open the YouTube app on the TV however it simply opens the YouTube logo and then doesn't proceed any further.

I have tried refreshing internet content and restarting the TV - any suggestions?

Has the latest system update been installed? You can do this by following the instructions here

If your KDL-60W855B has the latest update, you could try a factory reset. You can find detailed instructions on how to perform a factory reset here, and let us know how you get on.
