Where is the registration number for Bravia TV - KDL-46EX724?

I cannot find the registration number on my Bravia TV - KDL-46EX724. It does not come up when I select a film in the Love Film area and there is no 'Activate Enhanced Features' option in the Network area as suggested on the Sony Essentials site - please can anyone help?
