looking for any feedback with problem i have with my bravia KDL 37V5500U. the screen has gone white, with no sound and the handset does not work. any ideas. The green powerlight is flashing constantly.
See if You have access to manu to make auto start up over settings, or if needed reset to factory settings. Try first plug out and in from power. Otherweis visit authorised service. TV is still in warranty, is it
thanks for advice, couldn't get past the white screen. was lucky to find that the tv was still under warranty when i contacted sony. tv was away for over ten days and is now working better than before. unfortunately got no feedback from the shop regarding what the problem was. once again thanks
