Kdl40we663 App All4 My5 Iplayer Playback Issue

I’m having issues with All4, IPlayer and My5 which keep stopping and getting error messages about an internet error.

I don’t think it is internet as YouTube plays fine?

I’ve tried switching off at the plug, resetting my router and all software is up to date.

Has anyone else had the same problem & how did you fix it?

@ Hazelxx, what's the error message? Have you tried refreshing internet content?

Yes tried switching off at plug, tried refreshing Wi-Fi settings & tried a factory reset.  None have worked permanently
