How do I find out what apps are available for x95j?

Hi, I'm looking at buying an X95J, in the UK.  I want ot use these apps, do you know if they are either pre loaded or if i can get them loaded?:

Now TV

Amazon

Netflix

Apple TV

Disney

Warhammer+ (this is a new app, a bit specialised!)

I would hazard a guess at those being available, (not sure on the Warhammer one tho) but will always recommend you pop in to a retailer (that has it on display) and check which apps are available or preloaded.
