Re the above case number, I don’t appear to be receiving a promised email from you.  The lady I spoke to this morning tried to re-send it to me, but it failed to appear.  My email appears to be working - I am receiving other emails.  My email address is edited[personal details removed]  Please advise.  Regards, Jean
