My KDL-40WE663 is connected to a TiVo box. TV says no signal. I’ve done all the usual checks to no avail and wanted to try retuning. After I go into Systems settings then Channel set up when I right click to go on to the analogue or digital option nothing happens so stuck at that point. Any help be appreciated.
I assume the TV aerial goes into the TiVo box, this is switched on, or at least in standby, and you have a further aerial cable from TiVo box to TV?
Otherwise, you won’t be able to tune the TV.
(And I assume it’s the TV you can’t tune, not the TiVo box; if it was the TiVo box, then that wouldn’t be a Sony problem).
