Solved: [Xperia P] Trouble after upgrading - Sony

Hi.

I've upgraded my phone yesterday. I've followed the instructions, but unfortunately I've got a problem. After my phone restarted it seems everything is ok, but after XPERIA logo (loading) I have some screen of my operator (I don't have it earlier). I've read some discussions like, it's take time, but I'm waiting for 6 maybe more hour. I try to reinstall the soft., but after I connect phone to USB, Sony PC Companion write "Error with connection"...

Please how can I solve it?
