Xperia J issue

last night my phone was lagging alot and overheating on the screen and back of my phone so i left it to cool down overnight now this morning it wont turn on!!! What can i do? :smileycry::smileyconfused::smileysad:

Sorry to hear that. Remove and reinsert the battery. Charge the phone for a few hours and then try to boot up the phone when it is still in the charger.

If you have tried those things and it does not getting any better you should try to repair the phone software:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know if you are still having this issue after the repair of the phone software.

Thank you it's charging the phone is off and the battery charging sign has come up i will feedback later if im able to turn it on. Once again thank you
