Xperia Arc Update- Phone contains modified software.. how to update?

Hi,

I have been trying to update my Xperia Arc. Using SUS , it is saying phone contains modified software.How to go about?..

that means that you have unlocked your bootloader, you have to relock it if you want to use SUS, PCC or Bridge again
