Hy to all.
I have a question to you Sony because i was waiting for quite a long now, i have an Xperia P phone, and i have a laptop with Windows 8 on it. Now when i instal Pc companion it says MTP is not suported (media transfer protocol). If i connect my phone to the laptop i simply cannot se my phone conected (tried pairing via wifi as well).
Now i do take quite a lot photos with my phone and listen to music as well but its frustrating that if i want to transfer pictures to -> laptop i need to use other apps (SkyDrive where somethimes it stops transfering all the pictures and lets not talk about music).
Is there any way to connect-see/transfer files (PCC is just no way to do it on windows 😎 with Xperia P

As far as I know MTP drivers is always included in Windows (Vista and above, at least). I guess you have tried rebooting the phone and laptop, changing USB-port etc?
