Dear Sony,

When will the Xperia T get Bravia Engine 2 and Stamina Mode. Even cheaper and lower end devices have this!

Hope to get a answer!

Unfortunately at the time I don't know if these feature will be added or not for the Xperia T.

Hey @silasje1; I think I'm right in saying that 'extended battery mode' in the T would be the direct equivalent of Stamina Mode on other devices. Perhaps it's only a different terminology but exactly the same thing?

As for the Bravia Engine 2, would that not be hardware based?

Extended standymode and Stamina mode differ alot. Stamina mode has more options to allow apps like whatsapp or something. It is more intelligent. Bravia engine 2 is software based.

Yes, just read up more on the Bravia Engine and as you say it's all done at software level. That is disappointing then if the 'lower' Xperia models have been updated to it and no the T hasn't but then generally support for the T has been rather shocking so I will not hold my breath for the T to be given these features.

Silasje1... if they don't even care (or they don't know how) to fix the problem that this phone has, I wouldn't be confident that Sony will add new features to the phone (so more issues will come).
