urgent! need sony expert to answer!

recently updated to jb for xperia s, and i had some problems. first, force closes when i try to select a wallpaper for my lockscreen. second, no jellybean easter egg. third, i cannot reset my phone anymore! i have to reset it to re enable all the apps that i have disabled on the ics version. this is a major problem for me! lots of bugs, most apps not working well and i dont know why! i will try to software repair it, but if it still doesnt work... you guys need to find ways to fix my phone or get me a new one. this is bad support, really bad!

thanks for the info. i already did a software repair, but wasn't able to do it awhile ago since i was out the whole day. i basically had many problems, especially the notification bar when it disappeared. i also cannot send or receive files thru bluetooth and nfs. but after the software repair, it worked fine. i really plan on deleting all my data to see how fast this new update works.
