if your phone it's locked to a carrier/network branded you can NOT unlock the bootloader

why do you want to unlock the bootloader?

i want to unlock bootloader coz i want install JB with flashtool. when i connect my phone to flashtool it says "locked device detected"  

here is the screen shot can u tell me that if my phone is unlocked or not?
