I can not upgrade from my android phone, it is always advised that this date even still using the platform ics. How to solve? I'm from Brazil

JB is still not available all over the world,you can wait or you can contact one of our moderators for more support.Also,you can flash jb,but that may void your warranty.

you can't update your phone? is the update available in your country? or has your carrier approved and released the update?

if not then you have two options

1) wait

or

2) manually update your phone

My telephone is not connected to any carrier, bought unlocked, we would like to know too, if Brazil has already received the update to Jelly Bean and would like to manually update without the manufactures warranty is lost.

you have to wait as flashing "might" void your warranty, although you can always create a backup of your current firmware
