Sony Ericsson xperia mini st15i vibration problem

i bought an xperia mini st15i on sep 25 2011......till lastweek it was working fine.........i got some scratchs on touch panel so i changed d panel..................in SE service center they took around 1500 inr and changed the panel...after 2 3 days the phone started vibrating automatically for some then its fine..the vibration last for 10 to 15 min the it returns to normal state...i hav told se service center the vibration problem..they told it might be virus and updated the phone and give me back the phn and said no problem wid phone..........now after updating the results remain same now what to do can ane one suggest me.....Thsese SE Service center in Bhubaneswar odisha are worthless.......can nebody suggest me plzzzzzzzzz.........
