SD Card and PC Not recognising phone

I have been using Sony PC Companion to install music on my Arc S which was not successful as most files wouldn't play. So I removed the music files. But that's not the main problem. Now PC Companion cannot see my phone and the SD card won't mount. I have done a factory reset with no success.

You should repair it with SUS  :http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/
