Screen problem in my xperia neo L.. Pls help

There appears a line over my notification bar ( Similar like Y axis on a graph with few numbers and alphabet that show the coordinate wherever I touch on my phone screen) 

Also screen displays vertical and horizontal lines from point where I touch.

A swipe or scribbling impression appears if I swipe/scribble.

Pretty annoying.

Please help.

settings > developer options > uncheck pointer location
