On my stock firmware, i used to get full 3G signals at home but after flashing the JB ftf, i'm only getting 2G signals at home so i guess my baseband is changed. Is it possible to get back the baseband?

there's another thread on the same topic, you could
1) use the global generic ICS baseband (link above)
or
2) search the XDA forum for a particular ftf file.
you will need to use flashtool to do so

And where do i get the actual files for my baseband from?
Problem is that i'm only getting 2G at home so i suppose that my baseband is changed although it does show the baseband.
and i can use that baseband on jb? So from the generic ftf file, i can only flash the baseband on the JB rom?
I haven't try that, you can take one for the team, you can check the XDA forum if there is someone that has done that.
Just a question. When you flash with SUS, does it update your phone according to your location and does it also flash the real baseband you need?
yes, if you use SUS then you will get the update according to your SI number; now, if you bought this phone lets say in the UK and you live in France, then you will get updates according to the UK not France.
Actually, as i'm updating the phone through SUS, i realized that the update before was 473 MB large and now since i'm already on the JB and i'm reflashing the update through SUS it's 505 MB because the file that i flashed was 500 MB.
Are you sure that it downloads the software according to my phone's number?
