problem with sony XS

dear sony;

recently i noticed when i receive a call as soon as i answer some times my earpiece wont respond i mean i am unable to hear anything from the oponents thos who are calling on :smileyconfused:.... then i have to end the call..... again i have to try from my side """"money"""" second time it start responding..... then agin some times it do the same not responding sony help.....

Have you recently installed a calling app on your phone? Have you tried updating your phone recently?

yes i installed an app is deactivated but, still its in my XS :smileywink:. yah i'm runnig with the latest version. and recently i resset my phone to regarding this problem :smileysad:.

you should repair your phone with PCC or SUS

hi recently i update my XS,,,,, but i can manage it till JB release... so one stone two mangoe's :smileygrin:. could please tell me when sony will release JB for XS.... :smileywink:? ..... thank you for your response..
