Problem facing with ICS update

During updating my xperia Sola I am having a problem. During installation a stage comes where all the files get downloaded and start the installation but after some time it's stop & a window show that reconnect your phone by charging full. And the update stop & my Sola restarts but it's hang showing the sony logo. I try to  restart it by hold the power button & both volume button & also try to hard reset it but again it hangs showing the sony logo. Can anyone help me to solving this?

Charge your phone (wall charger)

then use SUS instead of PCC

When i connect to the charger nothing is showing that it is charging or not.

does the LED turn on?

try this connect it to the wall charger > press and hold volume up and power for 6 seconds > let it charge for 30min then use SUS on your computer

no, the LED is turn off.

i try what you say but the LED did not turn on.
