Not getting jellybean update for xperia p

Im not getting android 4.1 jelly bean update OTA as well as through pc companion.When i connect my phone to pc companion it says u already running on latest available software but my phone is running on ICS please help me solving this issue.I lived in pakistan.

you have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country

or

2) manually update your phone
