My phone is not booting after flashing

Hi

I needed some help, today I tried flash my xperia s. Downloaded the software from sony developer site and I followed the steps.

1) Downloded and extracted the tool, copied the configuration file.

2) turned off my mobile

3) try to connect the phone by pressing the volume key button.

4) Tool is not detected, after that my is not booting.

5) Dont know what happen, can any one help me on this

does your phone charge? if it does then charge it until the notification LED is green then repair your phone with SUS, that if you haven't unlocked the bootloader.
