you can't, why do you want to unlock your bootloader? your warranty will be gone if something goes wrong, and in some countries like the UK they won't repair your phone anymore if you unlock the bootloader.

I am not pleased whith the ICS ROM from sony and I want to install the cyanogenmod 9.1.

If i brick Cant I install with flashtool, the original ROM?

you could but if you unlock the bootloader you might damage your phone permanently, if you follow all the steps you should be ok just be careful
