I tried to update my xperia arc, using pc companion. Twice, the process was not finalised, beiing an error. After I did quit, i was stupefied! I can't start the phone. When i try to connect it again, pc suite tells me : turn your phone on, and reconnect. I tried to follow those steps(removing the baterry, waiting and turn the phone on), but nothing works. Can someone help me? Yesterday i had a perfect device, now i have a dead one.
