how to make a screenshot on a Xperia ray?

my phone, Xperia Ray, runs on android 4.0.4. I don't find how to make a screenshot on it? Apparantely combining the buttons 'Power' and 'Volume down' should make it able, but that does not work. Neigther combining the home button and power button or power button and volume up....

Yes I am also looking for screenshot option. My previous cybershot phone had that function but missing in Ray.

There are two options:

Ice Cream Sandwich OS: Press and hold both the Power key and the Volume down key for 2 seconds to make a screenshot.

Gingerbread OS: Press and hold the Power key briefly to engage the options pop-up and select "Take screenshot".

The procedure that he wrote for GB os would work in ICS and vice a versa

Press and hold power button and volume down button exactly at the same time and  hold them there until you take a screenshot

Don't just hold for 2 seconds but hold them until you take it
