help--- i havent got my xperia u updated since august

i have been using xperia u since 1 month

but i havent still got my phone's software update

sony released an update in august and now ics update has been released but my phone does not update and shows up to date message while my friend has updated his xperia u twice

can any one help me plzzz

my si no. is 1261-4582 and i am from india

how do i update my phone????

You will have to wait for the notification to appear on your computer/phone.

If you cannot wait, I have created a thread collating information about the Xperia U, including ways to manually apply the ICS update to your phone.

the SI number is strange with respect to indian SI. Anyways check out the SI number thread to know when your SI number will come.
