When someone sent me a message there is written his name but when i tried to search him at my "contacts" there is nothing.All my contacts I ve synchronised with my gmail account. I dont know how did the mobile phone regognize the person´s name.

I think this contact actually is in your phone book, but maybe you have chosen to filter it.

Go to contacts, options, filter, check under "View contacts", make sure all these are checked. Here you can check/uncheck = Show/ not show contacts in phonebook.
