How to know if the battery is fully charged?

IN GB 2.3 Full Charge == Bolt symbols in battery Get vanished........

What about ICS 4.0.4 === ??????

it should be the same, once the "bolt" it's gone it should be fully charged, or just press the power button and once the screen it's (w/o unlocking the screen) you should see the percentage on the top left side

btw you can NOT overcharge your phone

R u sure... Almost 4hr still i can see the bolt symbol......(mobile charging through PC) what should i do?????

that's normal, charging through a computer (not wall charger) will take quite a while, use the wall charger
