Cant update to ICS my Xperia U

Hello there.

I received today my new phone, its a Xperia U and it comes with Android 2.3.7 but i want to uptade to ICS.

I tryed to connect to the computer, i tryed by wifi from phone and nothing... it always says that the software is updated.

What is happening? lot of people already have Xperia U with ICS and i cant doing a simplu update...

Can anyone explain me what the hell its going on? -.-

I'm frustrated already...

Its my first Sony and its giving me already problems? Seriously?

go to xperia care then they will do this for you

most likely ICS its not available in your country/region or if the phone is or was network branded that particular carrier/network it is not going to release or hasn't released ICS

you have 2 options

wait

or

manually update your phone
