Alarm does not work when phone is off

Hello mods,

I noticed that my alarm doesn't trigger if the phone is off unlike on ICS. I have .200 update. I have reinstalled the firmware but still the same issue. I have checked the settings on the alarm but there's none saying to allow alarm when when phone is off or not. Please deal with this matter.

the alarm has not work like that with the Xperia Acro S at all, if the phone is off then the alarm wont turn on the phone, that's true to all Xperias and Androids and even the iphone. in other words this wasn't there before the latest update.
