It is listed on xperia neo L pctrb, what about the rest of 2011 phones?  Xperia neo L is 2012 phone but it has same hardware as our phone.

As far as I can see this software has only been released for Neo L/MT25i for some markets in the Asia region. It's a quite small update so I guess it's only a small fix (for example language fix).
