This was taken from the balcony of St Mary's church.  The final exposure is comprised of 5 separate exposures bracketed by 0.7 of a stop.
We had one day of snow and it transformed a local landscape giving it texture and depth.
This beautiful Swan calls its home Thatcham Nature Discovery Center in Berkshire.

This is the harbor entrance to Polperro, a beautifully small fishing village in Cornwall.
I spotted this photograph whilst walking can to my car after spending some time photographing the beautiful fishing village of Polperro.  I loved the way the neglect had created the textures the door and sign.
This beautiful church is just a short distance from where I live.  I took advantage of a the blue sky to take this photograph.  I used a polarizing filter to give the sky some impact.
This beautiful Goose paid a rare visit to the local nature discovery center.  I love the textures in the plumage on the Goose's neck and the colour of its beak.  It was taken with a Sony a77 SLT, Sony 70-200mm F2.8 G lens.
This photograph is of the interior of St Barnabas church.  The final image is composed of 5 exposures bracketed by 0.7 of a stop and merged in CS5 using the HDRPro feature.
I took a walk along my local canal and on one side is a beautiful canal and on the other side a run down area that once use to be part of a factory.  The fence that ran along between the two was littered with signs.  It was taken with a Sony a850 and Sony 135mm F1.8 CZ.
I'd love to give you the correct name for this bird but sadly Sony's safe filters do not allow it ;-}  But we all know it is a Blue ...!

This field was full of poppies for only a few weeks but they did make for a very beautiful red sea off flowers.
I've wanted to capture a train passing through my local station using a long exposure.  I chose dusk as I wanted to have some colour in the sky.
A few minutes after this was taken the skies opened and it rained for two days.  I loved the contrast between the sky and the colour of the crop.
It was a sunny day on the beach and there were a lot of kits flying.  I loved the way the colourful kits contrast against the deep blue sky.

I've been to the Derwent dams in Derbyshire three times now and each time look in wonder.  The is where the famous Dambusters practiced they bombing runs so they could drop the bouncing bomb in World War II.

My eldest daughter and son were playing in a field when they disappeared from sight.  I called out their names and took this as they popped up.

I love the way the lines in the field create such a beautiful pattern and the sun shinning through the clouds adds to it.

I had been trying to capture a particular landscape for a number of weeks without success and whilst packing up after another unsuccessful I notices these dried out flowers.  So I unpackages and made them the focal point of the landscape.  This was taken with a Sony a450 dslr and Sony 70-300mm G series.
This beautiful duck lives at Thatcham Nature Discovery Centre in West Berkshire.  It is one of only 28 breeding pairs left.
Whilst enjoying the beautiful fishing town of Polperro and one of the fine Beer gardens I spotted this Seagull having a little shout about on a near by roof top.
I have also been working on a self-portrait project inspired by Vivian Maier.  I love the way she was able to capture herself in everyday situations both complex and simple.  I love the way she used mirrors, shop windows and shadows.
I have a weakness for the abstract in life and I found this one in a small fishing village in the Cornish fishing village of Polperro.  I love the texture created by years of neglect.
This beautiful church can be found near Looe in Cornwall.  It is such a beautiful church with a rich history.
This pretty Penny Moon flower is going in abundance at my local Nature Discovery Center.
Every time I pointed my lens at this Gosling it tilted its head to one side as if to say "What!?".
I took my camera out lunch time and walked across the road to this field just outside my place of work.  The clouds were building up for a rain shower.
My partner found this beautiful church whilst out for a drive one sunny day.  It is such a beautiful church both inside and out.
