Hello hope someone can help me.

I have an Xperia M and my camera Led flash some doesn't work at all both using the camera or a flashlight app.

Some days ago I needed to use the flashlight (with a third party app) but battery life was very short, after some minutes device went off but flashlight remained on.

Since then the LED Flash doesn't work at all.

I've already restarted the device and cleared all datas from settings-> apps -> camera.

someone has any tip or hint in order to resolve?

Hi. I have a Experia M4 aqua, which has a built-in battery, so I can't remove it to try the turn-off solution... Therefore, I bought my cellphone in U.S.A., but I live in Mexico, and when I asked for repair, sony support team responded that although the equipment is Sony, it doesn't have any guaranty in Mexico. I hope Sony changes this.

I was so desperate as my sony M was acting up, the flashlight was not working . so I was looking for a solution , i tried fixing my phone by reinstalling my software , that didnt work . but uninstalling my flashlight , switching off my phone , removing the battery and waiting a few minutes worked , thank you . Im due for an upgrade soon and i was seriously reconsidering which brand to switch to

my flash light was not working after battery was slow down and phone shut down while it was turnd on. so i tried your advise i removed all the apps with flashlight, then turned off phone for 30 minute and when i turned it on again and install flash light it begin to work again. so thank you very much for you advise, if anyone has the same problem and flashlight does not work try this one
