Mic problem after update to lollipop

 after update to lollipop 5.1.1 my m2 model D2305, my mic is not working. I use the mic of the headphones to make calls. Already tried supressing mic noise.

Hi @Melinaluna, sorry to hear about this.

I would recommend that you start with testing the microphone outside of a call. You can do that in the inbuilt test in the phone which you can find in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Microphone.

If you experience the same behaviour in the test, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and run the test and/or make a call and see if there is any change.
