Video problems

I have a problem in playing video on my xperia m4 aqua, not only in album but also on youtube (app) or dailymotion (in chrome). How can i resolve it?
If i make a video with my camera it looks black with audio,, and older videos i had on my sd are played slowly and with lag

I have problem playing video from emails I receive, I was able to, then no. It says can't play video with this phone set up...no idea what they means and what to do to solve the problem.

When i record video on my phone, evrerything is okey, but when i transfer videos to PC and play in some of players, video lag like its on slowmotion, but sound goes good, please help me, how i can fix that.. Sory if my English is bad, i don't speak good

I purchased the phone two weeks ago and noticed that overheats near the camera even not using it also does not play videos. To my surprise when accessing the blog, I saw that this is not an exclusive problem of mine, that is evidence a problem in this Sony phone model. I need a concrete deadline for solving this problem, otherwise acionarei Sony through legal means. Sincerely Laiz Moraes.

The can't overheat, it will shutdown if it gets too hot, could you elaborate on the "does not play other videos"?

I have the same problem, every couple of days mi video playing stops working on apps and browser and álbum and have to turn off and on mi Xperia m4, for it to work again, wich is annoying, any fixes on that???
