Video problems

I have a problem in playing video on my xperia m4 aqua, not only in album but also on youtube (app) or dailymotion (in chrome). How can i resolve it?
If i make a video with my camera it looks black with audio,, and older videos i had on my sd are played slowly and with lag

It usually happens with me in every 3 days.. Whenever I am using Internet on my phone, suddenly YouTube shows 'sorry something went wrong Tap to retry'. None of the videos works properly on my phone. All the videos hangs and it's very frustrating. I think the problem occurs when ever there is slow Internet speed.
Its a request that you should rectify the problem as soon as possible otherwise it's a very good phone for me.
I also wanted to ask whether the marshmallow 6.0 upgrade would solve the problem.!??

Just to remind: when we have video problems Camera will NOT record video, only audio and at the end, recorded video clip will be with black screen, only sound is available. I loose all my Christmas video clips - no way to recover, black screen ...

It will not help, I write to you on other post. Again you will face same problem with camera, YouTube and FB. I try this solution already at the beginninng, no luck, still problems with black screen ...

To resolve this problem we need official update from Sony.

I have the same problem with my M4 aqua. All my videos recorded are black but with audio, and videos online keeps lagging, I reformat my phone once and its okay for one week after that the same problem appears again. I bought my phone last October 2015 and the problem occurs first on november 2015 I ignored it but it appears again early January 2016. Im very disappointed about this 3 months of used and its already broken.

Hi, I have the same issue as above. I'm on my 3Rd back up and repair. Overall I am thoroughly disappointed with the m4 Aqua. Where can I go to get the issue resolved? Kind regards, Kev

Thank you so much.  I have struggled watching videos of my grandchildren and nobody could help me but now I realise that I needed to update 'Album' on my phone.

Use file commander to go into internal storage/android/data and delete com.android.youtube. This gets rid of the failed update and allows all videos to play. Don't update you tube or it will happen again.
