SD Card slot and nearest store locations

Hi. 

Recently, my phone fell down from the table. Luckily, it was wearing the case given on purchase from the store. However, it fell where the SIM/SD Card slots are located, and ever since my SD card couldn't be detected by the phone, and I've confirmed that the SD card itself works on other devices. So I wanted to know if it would cost a lot to get the slot fixed. 

Secondly, I've searched for local service centres, and I've found two: one at Amcorp Mall (bad user reviews unfortunately) which was where the clerk from where I bought my phone from directed to, and another at The Curve. I don't want to waste my time going to the wrong place, so I need some opinions.
