Noise issue on sounds/music after update to marshmallow, wipe cache?

Just updated to 6.0.1 marshmallow and i have issues with sound quality and i do not know why so after reading the support forum i haven't found a solution, some people say to try wipe cache partition but i do not know if thats correct or even if its secure, the sound has an disgusting noise while hearing music or videos. I really feel unconfortable with this problem i wish i could just go back in a secure way to lollipop.

I just did the steps that xperia support recommended me, after a software repair(reinstall the software) i still have the same problem so i don't know what else could be, it's so sad the sound and music present this annoying lack of clarity.
