I have a Sony Bravia television 32inch and it will randomly freeze, in discussions I have seen maybe it is signal issues. This is not the case here it will only happen when I press volume up on the tv set. Once it freezes(This can be a dvd, chromecast, or even cable box) When it happens you have to unplug the tv because it becomes unresponsive, Volume doesn't work on the tv set not the remote and the power button wont work either on the set. Any suggestions? If it is possibly a bad CAP that would be awesome I can replace that myself, I am hoping it is easy.
