hi, I am trying to update my kids date of birth for the playstations and when log into sonymobile, keep getting the following error message:
You must be aged null or over to create an account.
Please help, as they cannot get PS Plus and not sure if I get (family member adult), can they then use?
If the account was created on here and then linked to PSN later, you should reach out to the Sony Support reps and have them reset the DOB for you.
